Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at solemd.support@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately and make it right.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please email us at solemd.support@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
